GEM Caviar website is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the GEM Caviar website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Security policy:

Once you order goods from our website, you accept the following conditions. These conditions are subject to change at any time, it is the buyer’s responsibility to check the terms prior to ordering in the event of any changes.

Pricing:

All orders are subject to acceptance by GEM Caviar and item availability. The price of each item is correct at the point of order, GEM Caviar reserve the right to alter pricing without notice.

Availability:

Normally, all products shown on the website are available and will be despatched within 24 hours for delivery the following day, (all purchases made online before 12:00 pm Monday to Thursday). For orders placed after Thursday at 12:00 pm they will be delivered on the following Tuesday. In cases of out of stock items, GEM Caviar will endeavour to contact the client via e-mail or telephone to inform them. Should an alternative be available we will add this to your order subject to your approval.

Refunded items:

Items displayed on our website may occasionally be out of stock. A full refund will be made if we are unable to deliver your product(s) and/or service(s). The refund will be limited to the price of the product and service. Any claim against GEM Caviar shall be limited to the value of any goods properly returned.

You guarantee that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.

Order Acknowledgement:

Once your order is completed, we will send you an email confirmation. We will confirm the product you ordered, tracking information, and an expected delivery date. If we are unable to process your order, we will make contact, in a timely manner, to inform you of this and provide you with the reasons for the failed order.

Payment:

All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Returns and Cancellations:

GEM Caviar will inspect all goods prior to despatch to ensure that they are of merchantable quality. Acceptance of the goods by the buyer shall be deemed an acknowledgement of the delivery as above, notwithstanding which the supplier will consider any claim for defective supplies if the same are returned to GEM Caviar within 24 hours of an authorised return. If for any reason you wish to return a product, because you are not satisfied, please email our sales department at info@gemcaviar.com to get an authorisation code.
