Victoria Island Salmon is the ultimate indulgence for seafood lovers! Our Scottish Salmon (Salmo Salar) are farmed in the rich, cold waters of the Atlantic Ocean, which are some of the best growing conditions in the world.
 
Once the fish have reached maturity, we hand select the ones of perfect size. They are then carefully cured with a mineral rich Italian salt, gently dried and smoked with a selection of three fragrant wood chips in accordance with traditional methods passed down over the generations.
