GEM Imperial Caviar

Imperial is a hybrid of the Acipenser Schrenckii and Huso Dauricus Sturgeon.

 

This hybrid caviar is produced from a close relation to the mighty Beluga Huso Huso Sturgeon with light brown to golden in colour and has a firm texture with a mild creamy buttery finish and distinct complex flavour. True experts recognise the difference instantly due to its large and glossy eggs with exquisite richness and sublime flavour, it claims to be the pinnacle of caviar artistry.

 

Storage: Caviar should be stored in the coldest part of your refrigerator, usually the bottom shelf. Ideal temperature requirement for cavier is between -2c and 2c.

Tempreture 2c+ can reduce the shelf life and taste.

Shelf Time: All our Caviar are freshly packed and sold with a minimum 3 months shelf life.  Once a tin has been opened, caviar should be consumed within 24 to 48 hours.
