Fresh Tuber Uncinatum Black Autumn Truffles have a delicate earthy flavour with notes of hazelnuts and caramel. Once foraged each truffle can generally last up to 10 days when stored correctly: a significant improvement on their white counterparts. For best results, we recommend consumption within 3 days of receiving your fresh truffles.
