The sustainable and natural features of the pure Caspian Sea waters are the native habitat of sturgeon fish and thus an excellent ecosystem that ensures the quality of the most exquisite delicacy.

We work exclusively with aquaculture farms around the world offering the highest quality of caviar close to the Caspian tradition.
PRODUCTION
The expert hands of our dedicated Iranian Masters have been taking care of our roe for more than 60 years, using progressive techniques with conventional manufacturing methods, this permits us to offer our clients the highest quality of caviar.

All facilities are closely monitored and inspected by the State Fisheries and CITES responsible for the entire process, from resource protection to rehabilitation of existing population, development of the environment for farming, as well as the production process.
QUALITY CONTROL AND CERTIFICATION
Our experts assess the caviar to ensure it makes the grade, the size of the grains, their firmness, taste and colour. If it does, we then securely packaged it in traditional caviar tins fresh for consumption.

The tins are stored at -2 to 2ºc for three weeks so that the caviar develops a rich, robust flavour before it is made available to customers.

We understand the importance of traceability and we are committed to giving our customers full peace of mind regarding their purchases.

Following strict procedures on our fish farming techniques and caviar processing protocols, including food safety laws and a closely monitored CITES programme. Each of the tins is labelled with an identification code which can trace and confirm the full details of each of our sturgeon fish. From species types, origin, year of production and producer/repackaging plant.
