GEM CAVIAR offers various services to ensure your order gets to you in the best way possible. Once you have placed the products in your basket you will be given different methods of delivery to select and choose from.

Standard Free Delivery for orders over £50 (1 to 2 business days, Excluding Weekend):

Once you buy Caviar online it is prepared and packed fresh to order. The Caviar is packaged in a Thermo Insulated box with Gel Ice packs to ensure premium quality upon delivery and shipped via our in house delivery team or Royal Mail/DHL services. This offer is only valid for delivery orders between Monday to Thursday placed by 12 pm. The method of shipment for free delivery is subject to the contents of your order. Please use the information box at checkout to give us the preferred delivery day, and other requests.

Please note that deliveries to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man may be subject to delays due to Customs checks.  We recommend purchasing Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm to Jersey and Isle of Man, however, the actual guaranteed delivery time will by 5.30pm within two working days as set according to the Royal Mail policy.

Next Day Delivery before 1 pm:

We can offer Next Day Delivery before 1 pm at £20. This gives you even more options and peace of mind that your delivery will arrive when the recipient is in. This applies to orders placed Monday-Thursday.

Same Day Delivery:

We can arrange for a same day courier delivery anywhere in London (inside M25) for a fixed rate of £40. This service is free of charge for orders over £500. Orders must be placed between Monday to Saturday by 2 PM to be eligible for same day delivery.

GEM Caviar Collection at Notting Hill Gate:

In order to qualify for same day collection, all orders must be submitted online by 1 PM between Monday to Saturday. Customers are kindly requested to wait for a notification for delivery address before proceeding with collection.

Weekend Delivery:

Please get in touch with GEM Caviar for quotes to other destinations, as well as weekend delivery.

International Delivery:

We can arrange for EU Deliveries within 1 to 2 working days via DHL subject to final destination. Please get in touch for all international orders before placing an order.

Time and Despatch:

Except on public holidays, all orders are shipped between Monday to Thursday by overnight carriage. This is for stock items. Inform us with your preferred delivery date in the special instructions box.

We normally dispatch your goods the same day if the order is submitted by 12 pm, however, at peak periods we may have to place your order in the production queue, which may be up to 2 days before dispatch. You will be informed of the expected delivery date, with tracking information.

Please note that all purchases must be made online before noon so we can prepare and despatch your within 24 hours for delivery the following day.
