GEM CAVIAR offers various services to ensure your order gets to you in the best way possible. Once you have placed the products in your basket you will be given different methods of delivery to select and choose from. Please read the terms of our delivery below in full details.

Standard Delivery​ £15

The standard delivery option we offer is a next day delivery during the business day. Orders with this option will be delivered the following day as long as the order is placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday excluding bank holidays.

Free Delivery for orders over £70 - 1 to 2 business days, Excluding Weekends:

This offer is only valid for delivery orders placed online between Monday to Thursday placed by 12pm. The method of shipment for free delivery is subject to the contents and amount of your order. This applies to orders placed Monday-Thursday only.

Please note we are not able to deliver to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Any orders placed online for the Channel Islands and Isle of Man will be cancelled and refunded.

Next Day & Saturday Delivery:

We can offer Next Day Delivery before by 1pm at £25. This gives you even more options and peace of mind that your delivery will arrive when the recipient is in. This applies to orders placed between Monday to Thursday.

Same Day Delivery:

We can arrange for a same day courier delivery anywhere in London (inside M25) for a fixed rate of £40. This service is free of charge for orders over £500. Orders must be placed between Monday to Saturday by 2pm to be eligible for same day delivery.

GEM Caviar Collection at New Covent Garden Market:

In order to qualify for same day collection, all orders must be submitted online by 12pm between Monday to Saturday. Customers are kindly requested to wait for a notification for delivery address before proceeding with collection.

Sunday Delivery:

Please get in touch with GEM Caviar for quotes to other destinations, as well as Sunday delivery.

International Delivery:

We can arrange for EU Deliveries within 1 to 2 working days via DHL subject to final destination. Please get in touch for all international orders before placing an order.

Time and Despatch:

Except on public holidays, all orders are shipped between Monday to Thursday by overnight carriage. This is for stock items. Inform us with your preferred delivery date in the special instructions box.

We normally dispatch your goods the same day if the order is submitted by 12pm, however, at peak periods we may have to place your order in the production queue, which may be up to 2 days before dispatch. You will be informed of the expected delivery date, with tracking information.

Please note that all purchases must be made online before noon so we can prepare and despatch your within 24 hours for delivery the following day.
